Our original Family Tree Chart is depicted as a Live Oak, known to stand strong for hundreds of years. What a perfect symbol for your family. Artist Raymon Troup used pro-quality color pencils to render the art, layering color after color to give a subtle richness and texture to the design. It is reproduced on beautiful paper with an antique gold parchment look to fit perfectly in any traditional or contemporary decor.
The 14x18" size fits pre made frames. The name boxes are generous enough to record complete names and dates as well. You can even get in an extra generation by putting youngsters among the roots. The largest block on the trunk is 2 1/2" wide by 1 1/4" tall. The next 2 generation block levels are 2" wide by 3/4" tall. Others are a roomy 1 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall. These large blocks make it easy to fit even long names comfortably.
The gracefully swirling scroll is ideal for displaying family names and a motto. A nice touch--where the trunk branches, we've placed an open, heart-shaped space suitable for recording the husband and wife's marriage date.  One thing that sets our exclusive charts apart from many others--the logical branching upward of your family lines. This makes it so easy to trace your ancestors' relationships to one another, their parents, and older generations. You can also quickly see where you need to do additional research in the future.
For faster internet viewing, these images are low resolution. The chart you receive is much higher quality. This lovely Family Tree Chart is popular as a gift for your family historian, for the bride and groom starting a life together, and for new parents. Some parents thoughtfully fill out a chart for each of their children. Proudly Made in America.
The free worksheet guides you quickly through correct placement of names.  Then letter your display chart in pencil first.  This allows you to adjust your name spacing.  Double check your entries then letter over the pencil with ink.  When the ink is dry you can use a soft eraser to remove any pencil lines that show.
SHIPPING:  We ship same or next business day. Since we design our own exclusive products we have them on hand and ship immediately. Up to 3 charts this size ship in one tube.  We refund excess charges.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase and accept buyer returns for any reason within 14 days of your receiving the shipment.  Please give us a heads up if you choose to return. Your return must be in unused condition.
Let us know if your order does not arrive on time, a rare occurrence, and we will troubleshoot the issue, filing a lost/stolen mail report if necessary.  Postal inspectors will want to know if you have checked with other household members, neighbors, and looked around your property before they begin investigating a lost/stolen case. You may also be asked to sign a form. We'll try to make this as easy as possible for you should the issue arise.
A note to new researchers:  This is an ancestry chart.  It traces your direct lines back in time, starting with the youngest in the big block or among the roots. Next 2 blocks up, parents.  Next 4 blocks above, grandparents, and so forth.  It does not show your aunts, uncles, or cousins.
If you want to record your aunts, uncles, and cousins you will need to look for a different type of chart, called a descendants'  chart.  That type is designed to show the family founding couple and their children and grandchildren.
We are happy to answer any questions not answered in your tip sheet.  Enjoy displaying your family history.
